Located on a quiet private road away from the crowds at the public beach. Has access to the community pool. No need to find parking and lug chairs far distances, simply walk out the front door and within seconds your on the Siesta Key Beach. Chairs are provided at the beach for you.

This property sleeps up to 5 guests. There is a king bed in the master bedroom. A full bed and a single bed are in the secondary bedroom.

This property is great for a family or some friends that want to find a place walking distance to the beach and also have a pool. The Siesta key Village is close by too only a short ride away.

Property Rules:
- Quiet hours are after 10:00 pm and until 7:00 am. This is to respect the other guests in the other apartments. Loud noise between these times is not allowed.
- There must be someone aged 25 years or older present at all times that is apart of your group that is staying in our apartment. You must also report in your reservation the accurate amount of guests that will be staying in the unit.
- You are not allowed to have any guests come that are not registered as part of your reservation without the written consent of the owner/manager.
- No more then the maximum amount of guests are allowed to book this apartment without the written consent of the owner/manager.

I manage this property remotely, so I can answer most questions over the phone or through the Airbnb chat. If you need someone to come over I have a local team and can arrange for someone to come over.
